What we sell

LegoTechApps sells prepaid credits that power AI features in the LegoTechApps platform (for example generating articles, images, and related content). Credits are a digital product delivered to your account immediately after purchase.

Merchant of Record

Payments for credits are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles the transaction, issues your receipt, and processes any approved refund back to your original payment method. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Refund eligibility

• Unused credits: If you purchased a credit pack and have not spent the credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Partially used packs: If some credits have been spent, we can refund the unused remainder at the same per-credit rate, at our discretion, within 14 days of purchase.
• Consumed credits: Credits that have already been spent generating content are non-refundable, because the underlying AI processing costs are incurred at the moment of use.
• Duplicate or accidental charges, or a technical failure that prevented credits from being delivered, are always refunded in full.

Auto top-up / recurring purchases

If you enable automatic credit top-up, you can turn it off at any time from your billing settings; turning it off stops all future charges. Unused credits from an automatic top-up follow the same 14-day refund rule above.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] (or use the website contact form) with the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they emailed you.
